Stay way From higley and baseline ...scam. went in for a power steering replacement, the hose directly attached to it that i was charged for, leaked after I brought it home. They tried telling me it was called something else. It was a 24 year old hose that they removed and tried to reuse, who does that? They fixed that. I also did an oil change when they did the power steering. A few months later the radiator starts leaking. I checked the engine oil out of curiosity and they filled it double the amount. My 90-year-old father, a veteran, and his wife recently brought their vehicle in for service. After completing the work—costing nearly $800—they were walked to their truck by the manager, who only then informed them that the vehicle had been damaged during service. An employee had backed into the left front door of the truck and the shop had the door removed, repaired, and reinstalled—without ever informing my father or obtaining his consent beforehand.
