This place is an absolutely amazing place to get your car fixed up and each time you are greeted with an amazing smile from everyone that works there. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else! I recommend that customer is informed from the start whether or not diagnostic fee will be applied to repairs. It varies based on type of repair as per their service writer. This isn't customary in the CSRA. SO, be aware.
Local friends-if you are looking for a place to get your car serviced...we can’t speak highly enough of Christian brothers automotive evans. They have taken great care of our vehicles the past few years but more importantly they have gone above and beyond with supporting a neighbor family in need. They pulled together as a local crew to raise money and the corporate office donated a large amount of money to the family as well. They truly do represent a Christian business and we are thankful to do business with them.
They are super personable. My car had multiple problems and they fixed everything in a timely manner. I love that I got text updates. This is where I will be going for car repairs from now on. Thanks so much Jamie, David and the rest of the team 😀
Awesome Experience and very Friendly Staff! They really made it so easy for me. They offered a courtesy van to drive me to work when I dropped my car off and picked me up to retrieve my car after services were completed. I appreciated the text messages that gave me updates on my car and the vehicle inspection report they sent via email. Will Recommend! A+
Today is the second time I have used CBA and I was again very HIGHLY satisfied. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. They sent text messages and called me to keep me updated on the progress. They were able to get my car fixed much earlier than anticipated. I am thankful for their staff and technicians and would DEFINITELY recommend them.
