**Update: The owner actually called me. I had to miss the call, but he left a nice message. Like I said, everyone there is a nice person. I was a little disappointed by the service manager just telling me everyone is ASE certified instead of just answering my questions and letting me monitor the temp. There's some legit BMW shops out here, they're just really busy. Updating the review from 1 to 3 stars because they're generally good peeps.
