Outstanding service from a great team of professionals.
You get someone assigned to you, who will give you real time updates and they also left me a nice little note and a fresh bottle of water when they finished my car (the same day!) Also, they have a shuttle service that dropped me off and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Definitely coming back for any future needs I have !
Christian Brothers went above and beyond to remedy my cars problem. After a MVA, which the repairs were being done at Caliber, but some outsourced to Christine Brothers, there was a problem with the steering. Tony, Russel, and Frank, were all extremely helpful. I hope I don't need their services in the future... but if I do, I will definitely return!!!
I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive and dropped it off on Friday with one clear request: I had replaced the battery and needed it properly registered. Back in April of this year I took my wife's car to Christian brothers. I had the coils and spark plugs were placed with parts I had purchased from Ford. I understood that they would not warranty the parts themselves, but I did expect them to be installed properly. My wife's car had 103,000 miles on it at this point and within a month of Christian brothers replacing all the coils in spark plugs one of the coils burned out.
