I called the day before to make an appointment for my car to get new brakes and they took care of my car problem rather quickly. They offered a complimentary check on my entire vehicle along with a drop off/pick up to my home instead of me waiting in the lobby. They were very nice and I appreciate their communication while my car was getting serviced. I definitely recommend that everyone use this location.
Superb customer service, excellent diagnostics, and precision repair is what I received from from Christian Brothers Automotive in Daphne. Heater wasn’t working on the first cold blast over Thanksgiving and CB had me warmed up in no time. Most recently had an oil change, including air and oil filter. Excellent all around. August 2025: Three times is a charm! Oil change, tire rotation, new battery, and new engine air filter makes us happy customers knowing CBA has excellent diagnostics and service.
I strongly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Daphne, AL. I received a friendly greeting upon entry and clear explanation of work and cost. Work was completed in a timely manner and my car was brought to the door for me. The keyring tag and bottle water was a nice surprise .
Took Great care of my car. Didn’t try to rip me off like so many other shops do! I told them I had to go back to college by the next day so they overnighted my parts and got it done the day before I left. Phenomenal customer service! Will be going back!
