**Update: The owner actually called me. I had to miss the call, but he left a nice message. Like I said, everyone there is a nice person. I was a little disappointed by the service manager just telling me everyone is ASE certified instead of just answering my questions and letting me monitor the temp. There's some legit BMW shops out here, they're just really busy. Updating the review from 1 to 3 stars because they're generally good peeps. Went to Daphne store on 3/12/2026 for oil change. Had not had oil change in seemingly long time and did not read sticker. Employee came in and told me oil change was not necessary. Where else would could you go and get great service and honesty. Len Palmiero
