Brought my daughter's Chevy Cruze in to get a brake check done. Was recommended to replace the brakes. They were able to get me in the very next day which worked out perfectly. The overall service was excellent as I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Everyone was very helpful and super friendly. Also the waiting room was really nice and offered snacks and beverages. I will definitely be bringing my car back for services again.
Almost $200 for what’s was supposed to be an inspection, but wait they weren’t to do the inspection and I was still charged the $200. So I didnt get any information about why my car was not driving correctly, I wasted my time and I lost almost $200, crazy. I wouldn’t have mind paying the money if I had at least received a lead on what was wrong with my car, but I got absolutely nothing.
Cannot say enough good things about Christian Brothers! I brought my car in after it was damaged at another service center. They were able to diagnose the problem and kept me informed during the entire process. Everyone was super friendly and I truly felt valued as a customer.
