Took my car in for required maintenance they were very friendly,efficient and reasonable,
Just wanted to give a shout out to Christian Brothers Automotive on 529! They picked my car up from my job to diagnose it. Called to let me know THEY damaged something during the diagnosis, so they are paying to repair that AND got me a (comparable to what I have) rental. These guys are so honest and so reasonably priced, I will never do business anywhere else. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!! #CUSTOMERFORLIFE
Nice people, but didn't do what I asked them. Injector cleaning is a ripoff too, which sounds bad when another technician told the receptionist that it was too high the first time she told me. Still too high even after the adjustment by the way, could've done it way cheaper elsewhere. Not going back there again.
I cannot recommend Christian Brothers Automotive - Copperfield enough. The service is beyond outstanding. And the shuttle service allows me and my kids to be dropped off at home during repairs. The time I get back from not having to wait around at the shop is invaluable. Go see them!
By far the best people and mechanics in Houston. We have been using them for everything our cars need from simple oil changes to engine repair they are completely honest about what your car needs and won't push you on stuff it doesn't. They will even tell you what repairs are critical and what can wait. Real customer service is hard to find anymore but you cannot say that about Christian Bros. on FM529. We had to have our 2010 Chevy Equinox repaired and we had some personal issues going on in our lives. Christian Bros worked very hard to not only get our car fixed but help us during our time of need. I know for a fact another automotive center would not have worked with us like they did. I cannot say enough about Matt, Nick and Linda with their kind hearts and true Christian values when it comes to customers.
This is such an awesome business. We haven't had to use them in a while but it's like family there. They are honest, straight forward, provide dependable quality work and just plain awesome.
