Kind employees ready to assist. Very knowledgeable. They provided me with a ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.
I really was pleasantly surprised. I have received excellent service . The whole experience was great . I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off because I’m a woman . They explain things and never made me feel intimidated . Right down to the music . I left with a smile on my face . Thank you very much
Made an appointment for an oil change late in the afternoon with Ty over the phone. He was super helpful in scheduling something that would work for my schedule. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Ty greeted me and remembered speaking to me on the phone. I asked for a break check and an overall vehicle inspection, which was done in a timely manner. The service was honest and helpful. I will definitely be going back for my vehicle in the future.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only thing they care about is getting money from you. I went in for an oil change, and they did a free diagnostic on how my car was doing. They told me there was about $3000 worth of Necessary maintenance that needed to be done on my car. I decided to get a second opinion and I’m glad that I did. The second place that evaluated my car told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car And assured me that the diagnostic that Christian Brothers did on my car was bogus.I ... read more
Trevor was my point of contact at drop off and pick up. Customer service A+. My husband interacted with Tyler and another man, said his experience was equally as impressive. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion after a very disappointing experience with EAS…whose quote was almost $7k for repairs.
