THE GOOD - The front desk staff was courteous & acted professional. THE BAD - I was charged $285 to take a look at the car and do a diagnosis - that was fine, I was told that up front. However after this diagnosis, I was told I needed a new A/C evap core at a cost of $4,200 - which I elected to not do because of the cost. Very accommodating, nice friendly staff.
On my girlfriends account but I have to say these folks went not only above and beyond, but beyond even that. Not to sound corny but Christian Brothers in Chan helped me deal with a very difficult situation when my car broke down and I was in the process of moving. Not only did they go out of their way to help me out, the staff genuinely cared and wanted to make sure, I, as a person, was taken care of. LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER GOTTEN IN MY LIFE! I am begging anyone reading this do NOT spend your money or bring your car to Christian Brothers Automotive. My car does not drive the same at all.. I went in simply to get an alternator replaced which they quoted me 1200$..
