Garrett, Customer Care Rep. mentioned that while they'd be happy to access & fix it, he suggested it would probably be covered under warranty and call my dealership first to save me money. Very friendly, nice sitting area. Was quick. The free safety inspection blew me away with the pictures to show that everything looked good.
