James was super awesome, and so was Jim. I took my Honda CRV in since the metal part of the engine cover was bent and falling off. Jim was able to straighten it and fix it back. Before Discount tires open in the morning, a mother of three needed air to get home. Christian Brothers stated they don’t have air What a joke a shop of that size with pneumatic tools does not have air for emergency You be the judge of their character
I just want to give a huge shoutout to James for his help with my vehicle, I was getting my car towed in and he explained the process to a tee. He kept me informed throughout, although I would need more work done to my car than expected, he took the time out to explain every bit of detail with the car. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who is needing vehicle maintenance or repair. They were very kind and genuine! Didn’t get his name but the technician was very knowledgeable as well!
