My 2008 Dodge pickup wouldn't start, had AAA take it to Christian? Brothers. It needed a fuel pump, their estimate was over $1800.00! And they wanted to change plugs and a serpentine belt. First, I worked with Craig. Nobody ever says, "I am so happy that I get to spend money on my car today!" With that in mind, as a 51 year old I have NEVER had a better experience with an auto shop. My daughter recently took a job overseas and I took her car in for a checkup. I wanted them to look at the car and give an assessment of the state of the vehicle. This was the first and last time we will use this place. We have lived in this area for 13 years and have never had an issue with any of the automotive places. From not having the appointment scheduled that was made the prior day to charging for services that were not completed.
I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 that I purchased as a new vehicle. I had the engine replaced at 309,000 miles but other than normal wear and tear, the vehicle has been great and is still in excellent condition. I read a LOT of great reviews on the internet about these guys (but soon found out it's harder to post a bad review than a good one). Based on the reviews, I took my car in with an ignition problem, and was charged a diagnostic fee, which was fine, then was given a repair estimate of a bit over $1000 - for an ignition switch! Made a couple of calls and found another garage that said they could (and did) fix it for right at $400. Traveling from MN to Rockport TX, Scottsdale Az and Grand Canyon one month retirement trip to visit family, things were going well till we struck a curb in El Dorado, KS. AAA sent us to Christian Bros, they inspected our car tire and allignment and undercarriage for damage. They replaced front driver tire with new tire. No further damage was noted. disappointed in this place. I've given it three tries because I really liked it couple years ago when I went here. I've paid extra for warranty and they still charged me the next time for something that should of been covered( brakes) . I had paid $165 for a Diagnosis fee to see where my front end rattle was coming from. I received a call telling me that my car was ready and that my car was fixed within the diagnostic fee. I picked up the car and took it for a test ride and the exact problem was there at the exact same speed I told them it happens.
