Very shady experience. I gave them all the vehicle information for a simple oil change, but they refused to give me a price unless they created a customer profile with my personal information first. I don’t see why you need my name and details just to tell me the price of a basic service. Felt dishonest and unnecessary. Definitely gave me scammy vibes.
This is going to sound crazy but I am blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and integrity of this Christian Brothers in Milton. I also have had great service at the Jones Bridge location but it was a bit far for me today. 10/10 will recommend these guys!
