Kind, and thorough. They did a great job of explaining everything and more importantly listening to everything. I had a friend help me troubleshoot a good bit along with ChatGPT and the CB rep Ryan took detailed notes of everything I shared which I think led to a quicker resolution. This is not a negative but it’s worth noting, they offered me a part with a multi year warranty which is great but it cost a lot more than that standard part.
