Sales staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. Atmosphere was bright, very clean, and welcoming. In a short time, my car was serviced and ready to go. This was my first time at Christian Brothers. It was a great experience.

We were told that the repair on our vehicle (rear tail lights not working) would be over $600. Instead we bought the part ourselves ($11) and it took 20 minutes to replace. They seem to pull repair costs out of the air with no real knowledge. We’ve used them for many years and many vehicles. I’m really starting to question the money we’ve spent with them before and if we were overcharged.

We took our Toyota Tundra in to replace the rack and pinion. The repairs proved to be more difficult than anticipated. During this time they made sure we were kept informed of the progress. After we received the truck back we had to take our Equinox in for the AC/heater not working. They completed this within a timely manner. During all the repairs we were treated wonderful. Kept informed and made sure we didn’t need anything. We would recommend them completely.

Not many places will let you know if you have damage for free anymore. After running over a metal ladder at 70 miles an hour they checked the undercarriage for damage and tacked up a rubber piece with no charge. Great, timely service.

I took my car in to get new brakes and they said I didn’t need new breaks. I did need an air filter. They are a very honest group.
