Christian Brothers Tega Cay will scam you out of thousands of dollars - telling you that you need urgent repairs when in fact you don’t. I took my car here for a routine oil change only to have a bill over $2500. They upsell and pressure you to do unnecessary repairs with fraudulent tactics and questionable videos. The worst thing ever when you loose the trust in business or people when you thought you can trust them. This place showed to me what I have always heard about dealerships and similar businesses like them. These businesses take advantage of SENIORS who get worried about their safety and agree on any thing they say, also citizens with accents as they are thinking that they can’t understand how it works. My car was “fixed” by a Facebook mechanic who basically did a horrible job. It wouldn’t even start after he finished replacing the knock sensor. So I had to towed to shoppes automobile , big mistake. They looked at it and said it was totaled. I had to towed here and they looked at it for about 5 days. They figured out it was a hosed attached incorrectly. So basically saved me from having a totaled car. I will be taking it back to get the knock sensor replaced which is still broken.
Once again, Christian Brothers went above and beyond!!! Curtis, the service manager is such a wonderful person to deal with. I had major problems with my automobile from an accident in Florida and the repairs were not done properly. Curtis worked with the insurance company tirelessly to get everything resolved!! If I could give them a hundred stars, I would!!!
