Once again, Christian Brothers went above and beyond!!! Curtis, the service manager is such a wonderful person to deal with. I had major problems with my automobile from an accident in Florida and the repairs were not done properly. Curtis worked with the insurance company tirelessly to get everything resolved!! If I could give them a hundred stars, I would!!!
I was quoted $937 for a simple brake job at Christian Brothers Automotive. After checking with another mechanic, the price difference was significant. For a company that publicly promotes Christian principles, “love your neighbor as yourself,” the pricing I experienced did not reflect that message. Always get a second quote before committing to repairs here.
My car was “fixed” by a Facebook mechanic who basically did a horrible job. It wouldn’t even start after he finished replacing the knock sensor. So I had to towed to shoppes automobile , big mistake. They looked at it and said it was totaled. I had to towed here and they looked at it for about 5 days. They figured out it was a hosed attached incorrectly. So basically saved me from having a totaled car. I will be taking it back to get the knock sensor replaced which is still broken. Highly recommend.
Very professional and staff is very courteous. I have used the in the past and Definitely will be back.
