This was my third time working with Christian Bros (and third location). They are always so friendly and helpful and are able to address my needs quickly. They have definitely become my go to mechanics.
A flat tire is always a headache, but from the initial phone call, towing service, check-in, and spare put on, this establishment and the gentlemen who assisted were wonderful! The professionalism and friendliness was much appreciated!
They asked me to give them a review so, here it goes. And even though the guy that took my information and gave me a ride and back was very nice, the things that they found that were critical, like they said I needed a new oil pan because it was leaking and the plug was stripped so they refused to do the oil change. I went somewhere else in Plano and they replaced the plug and did the oil change all for $40 and Christian brothers wanted to charge me over $700.
