Best automotive business I have ever used. Honest and reputable.
Had an alignment check on May 12, 2014 after mounting new tires. Have had a gradual problem with steering play. Just discovered alignment sleeve was loose and front tires were ruined (during course of one rotation interval). CBA is the only people that have touched front end in 3 years. They wouldn't even look at it and said it wasn't their fault. I was hoping to post a nice review about how well they stand by their work. Oh well. As Mr Hebert stated Christian Brothers Automotive Plano performed an alignment check over 10 months ago. We took a reading of his alignment specs and no alignment was necessary. We did not make any adjustments or perform any work on the vehicle. We were happy to look at Mr Hebert's vehicle but were not given the chance.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will never take my car anywhere else to get repairs.
