Bad experience tells me the operations are untrustworthy. Took my Dodge Durango in to fix the A/C. I was given an estimate for repair and agreed. The work was done and was then told that more work would be needed. I was left to choose between paying the for the original work with my car no better off or pay hundreds more for further repairs. When I told them they could undo the repairs, they said they would still charge me for the labor to install and remove the parts. They eventually took a token amount off the "new" price.... read more
PT Cruiser (white) was taken to them with a bad fuel pump. This car has an extended warranty, so they fixed the problem and we had to pay about $400 dollars and it took them about 2 weeks to finish. When I picked up the car; the light for the air bags was on. I left PT Cruiser (Gray) with them at the time I picked up PT Cruiser (White). They were supposed to check a leak on the high side of the air conditioning. They told me the leak was on the high side but they would like to change both just to make sure. I took my car to the Frisco location and the mechanic would not give me a estimate unless he looked at the car, which he kept until 430pm. Chris quoted me a price , I decided to take my car elsewhere b/c he was rude and the price was too high. As soon as he found out I was taking my car , the price changed dramatically!! by 600.00. They are liars and thieves!
I recently had my car towed to this location and they estimated that it would cost about $3000 to have my car repaired. The mechanic Larry has a very bad attitude. He began to get really defensive when I asked for details about the repairs that he claimed needed to be done. He also said that he would need to keep my car for 4-5 days. I had it towed to another location to have a second opinion. It was repaired for $235 the very next day and has been running fine. Thank God for common sense.
