Dr. Speer submitted incorrect orders for a different procedure than the one that was actually being performed. It was either negligence or laziness. Dr. Speer never bothered to follow up after the error was identified. This is certainly not safe healthcare.

He is a rude, arrogant jerk! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone! Treated my family like dirt and laughed in my mothers face! He is not at all professional!
