On a recent trip to NYC, this lovely store was right next door to my hotel. I met Shashi who was incredibly nice, talkative and helpful. Her smile was infectious! I purchased a gold channel set band ring to top my stack from her and she was so kind to give me her contact information for future purchases. I've already picked out 2! If you live in the are or are visiting, check them out. You won't be disappointed!
I recently went here to purchase an engagement ring, and I could not be any happier! The service was INCREDIBLE. Steve was extremely helpful, and they created the perfect ring. Most importantly, the team at Christi Sothers helped keep the secret from my fiancé to ensure the perfect surprise! In addition, the quality of the diamond and band is superb. Just fantastic. My fiancé and I came to Christi Sothers to get my engagement ring remade, as the original jeweler had built a shoddy setting and my diamond was coming loose after six months. Steven was so kind, communicative, and (most importantly) transparent about the process, how the jewelry is made, and pricing. When I first came to Christi Sothers, I was greeted with a smile by Aiden, and was shown inventory for an engagement ring. I was quickly given an estimated quote for an engagement ring, and then I went around NYC to try and find a more competitive price.
