GAL for a child with special needs. She did not retrieve medical records to confirm diagnoses as she said she would. Instead got in court and self-diagnosed him herself. She was given those records twice during our intakes. She confirmed in court she did not even bother with them by her words. It depends on whether she’s your attorney or the attorney on the other side. She was my attorney, and she did a good job for me. She is a pit bull - the kind of attorney you want if she is representing you.
Hired her as an attorney, didn't do anything for a week even though I had things that were urgent. When I called and expressed my concerns, they just refunded my retainer. Don't waste your time or money.
