My wife and I were thrilled to be purchasing our first home, when the experience was completely and utterly ruined. We were drug through an excruciatingly long 5 months of manipulation and lies, which stemmed from miscommunication by the listing agent (Christi). In the beginning stages of purchasing this home, we were told that there was a minor title issue which should only take days to clear up.
