Christi is an attentive, caring, and thoughtful acupuncturist. I have been going to her for several years and she has been very helpful with understanding and treating different things including chronic pain, illnesses, and stress. She has also worked with me to help build habits for improving my overall wellbeing. Going to her for regular appointments has become a core component of my self care. I appreciate that she truly listens to me and provides thoughtful, intentional, and gentle treatment.

Through out my adult life I have searched for different ways to alleviate the pains in my upper and lower back. I've tried chiropractics, anti inflammatory medications, and PT. My work involves a lot of lifting heavy things, contorting my body for extended periods, and standing on concrete floors. Through regular visits to Piedmont Acupuncture, my everyday pains have been reduced to almost 0. Before starting acupuncture I was dealing with chronic digestive issues and chronic back/leg pain, none of which had improved despite the myriad of tests and treatments I got from doctors.
