Christi went above and beyond in helping us find our perfect home. She got to know our lifestyle, what we were looking for in a house, what we liked, what we didn’t. This is the first house that we have purchased; she walked us through the inspections, closing and if we had any questions/concerns she was always there for us. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house and if we ever sell our house we would have her as our listing agent, she is awesome.

We knew from the first phone call with Christi that she was exactly what we needed in a realtor. Searching for the perfect home long distance can be stressful and endless, but Christi was so quick to learn our taste and exactly what we were looking for. Christi helped my husband and I buy our home in the Outer Banks when we moved here. We were not very familiar with all the different neighborhoods to live in, but Christi helped us with insights based on what we were looking for and was very thoughtful and patient with us as we went through multiple iterations of what we were looking for in a home. The end result was her finding the PERFECT house for us. We could not be happier with our home here and with Christi's professionalism and expertise. Thanks Christi!!!

David and I used Christi and her real estate company recently when his sister passed away in Kill Devil Hills. It was a difficult time trying to manage her affairs from Virginia and Christi was there for us every step of the way. From checking on the house regularly to helping us with her car disposal, she was kind, efficient and professional. She was always able to answer questions and provide timely advice. if you need help buying or selling in the Outer Banks, there is no one I would trust more to have my interest at hear... read more

Christi is very professional RE agent at the OBX with the deep practical knowledge of the local market and the process. We were able to purchase our dream house although it took a while to find it. Christi is very patient, never gives up and simply a nice person. Pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
