Chris does a wonderful job of making her clients feel relaxed and welcome. She is a very skilled massage therapist and does a great job working out my muscle tension from stress and repetitive motions. Schedule a session with her!
I highly recommend Chris for people who live with chronic pain. I've learned a lot since I started going to her, and I always feel much better after a session with her. I use her instructions in my daily life and it has helped me greatly improve upon my self-care regimen. I feel better overall, not just during & after a visit, and that's truly remarkable for me!
I highly recommend Chris. My first visit with her was a couple years ago after many medical and physical therapy appts didn't help my upper back pain. I don't go often and never thought I would go to a massage therapist, but now, she is my first call when I have new pain issues. They are always alleviated in one visit.
