Absolutely Horrible company! Please read full statement. I received a notice my card on file was not going through so I immediately called and emailed several times through the course of 3 business days with no call/email back to try pay my final month and cancel my membership. After no call back or no email back I had to drive my crew over to get our stuff out. When I got there they had locked our unit and said we could not get in until it was paid.
