I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this firm. I understand that when someone falls behind financially, action may need to be taken, and I have been willing to work toward a settlement. In fact, it seemed like we were close to reaching an agreement. What I find completely unacceptable is the way I was treated by the people handling the file. EDIT: in response to their reply to my review (which sounds like a whiny kindergartener on the playground fussing about being called out) — yes, you’re sleazy; anyone who deals with your unprofessional staff and unethical practices can see that. Even other law firms are embarrassed and perplexed by your conduct.
