I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue for weeks now, and I am beyond frustrated with the way this has been handled. Just called to set an appointment for my daughter because we got an approved referral. The woman I just got off the phone with was not helpful at all didn’t even bother to try make an appointment for my daughter after I told her I had received a message saying my referral had been approved she automatically said no we don’t send messages. Laziness at its finest!! I very rarely post reviews but couldn’t let this one go.
Very crowded in the afternoon. Always somebody different giving me my allergy shot. A lot of times they're new. And it hurts more than it should. They're billing department is horrible if you don't keep up on your co-payment when you go in
Where to begin…..I had an appointment last week but I called and canceled due to having Covid. I was told that I would have to show a negative test before I could reschedule. I explained that I wanted a set appt because there’s never any openings at the time I can go for my allergy shots. I got an appt for the following Friday. I loved going here for my lung doctor,but now we have to go to the one in vegas why I don't know. It was so easy going to the one in Henderson because I live in Henderson. That why I give it 2 stars
