My cards were placed on hold for a $53.66 late payment, that wasnt even a late payment after than ran it again. I just tried to use our cards again on vacation. Now since they are gone until Tuesday we are stuck here waiting for them to open since its a Holiday. What a nightmare! When they say someone will reach back out to you they call anonymous and you have no way of proving them they are wrong. You're just stuck until they get back from vacation
