Terrible doctor. Went to see him about hormone therapy and he literally yelled and screamed at me. Said absolutely horrible untrue things about me. In essence, or actually factually he personally attacked me and he abused his position which is unethical and unconscionable. I personally love the entire staff including Dr Christensen.. They have never been anything but kind, warm, friendly & very proficient in what they do. Ive yet to have any issues or concerns re; Dr. Christensen or any one individual @this office & dont anticipate any in the future because of their level of professionalism. Ive personally seen Dr Christensen every 3 or 6mths for regular checkups for a long time now, & he’s never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience in any way. I've used dr Christensen since 2011. I highly recommend him to everyone that needs a good doctor. The nurse Kylie Brown is great at what she does as well. They keep good staff that helps the patients. But Dr. Christensen has saved me. He has helped me
I use to give Dr. Christensen's office 5 stars. But that has changed of lately. You have to call about 4 times for someone to return your call or respond back. His front desk staff are all rude. I've asked him to call me several times to no avail . I will be switching Doctors. I hope he see's this message and realizes something needs to change. I worked in the medical field for 30 years. This is not how you treat your patients.
I don't advice anyone to go here I have only been a patient for 2 months they determined me because I questioned them about the specialist they were sending me to I only questioned them because a whole month passed bye and I never heard anything sorry my health comes 1first the nurses never return a call when you leave a message it doesn't matter how many messages you leave the front desk acts like they They don't want to be bothered with you they get very upset when you ask them where has your referrals going to that's comp... read more
