I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this medical office was so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others.phone calls and messages were not returned, and I received conflicting information about scheduling and billing. There were repeated issues with appointment entries and paperwork, which required multiple follow-ups on my part. Absolutely the best office I have ever been able to build a relationship with. I have a crazy schedule but Dr. Christensen is the and office he has makes it work. Absolutely zero complaints. Of course you need to build a relationship with him like any other doctor and that does take time.
Terrible doctor. Went to see him about hormone therapy and he literally yelled and screamed at me. Said absolutely horrible untrue things about me. In essence, or actually factually he personally attacked me and he abused his position which is unethical and unconscionable. I don’t know what is wrong with him, but he is not a doctor I would recommend to ANYONE. He is cruel, unprofessional, pompous, and a jerk, just a mean man. Terrible doctor. I personally love the entire staff including Dr Christensen.. They have never been anything but kind, warm, friendly & very proficient in what they do. Ive yet to have any issues or concerns re; Dr. Christensen or any one individual @this office & dont anticipate any in the future because of their level of professionalism. Ive personally seen Dr Christensen every 3 or 6mths for regular checkups for a long time now, & he’s never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience in any way. I've used dr Christensen since 2011. I highly recommend him to everyone that needs a good doctor. The nurse Kylie Brown is great at what she does as well. They keep good staff that helps the patients. But Dr. Christensen has saved me. He has helped me
