After having cortisone injections for the first time ever, no advice was forthcoming with regard to ‘after care’ and the consultant left me to it. Washing my hair, exercising and being in the sun, which were all done that same afternoon… were all ‘don’ts’ but were dismissed when I queried them. Not sure I now have confidence to n the diagnosis.
Very friendly, professional and thorough. And, she is a good listener! I felt very comfortable! I like the office, and the staff. Receptionists are nice and direct. Wait time was 5 min. The nurse, or nursing assistant ( not sure), was ok. I think they should introduce themselves and say what they are. And, tell you where to sit, on the chair or on the table? Christen is great!
