Scheduled a appointment for my newborn with her, I ended up being in the emergency room the time of the appointment and could not make it, when I tried to reschedule they told me since we missed the appointment she would no longer be taking her as a patient. Pack of understanding and care I suppose.

Had an appt at 9:15 and waited until 10:25 and left. Why set an appointment if you can't see someone in a reasonable time. Would not recommend unless you like wasting your time waiting.

I’ve heard great things about Dr. Greuel, but her scheduling staff was rude. After switching to her as my PCP, I had a sudden health issue and was told to go to the ER because appointments were two months out. The ER doctor arranged for me to be seen sooner by Dr. Greuel for a specialist referral. However, when I called back, I was told I still couldn't be seen for two months, despite an available appointment the next day.
