Scheduled a appointment for my newborn with her, I ended up being in the emergency room the time of the appointment and could not make it, when I tried to reschedule they told me since we missed the appointment she would no longer be taking her as a patient. Pack of understanding and care I suppose.

Had an appt at 9:15 and waited until 10:25 and left. Why set an appointment if you can't see someone in a reasonable time. Would not recommend unless you like wasting your time waiting.
So many bad experiences with her. Lying, dismissing, and general bad advice. I switched offices.
