This was one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. What I asked for is NOT what I received. Instead of listening to me, she completely ignored my request and decided to do the style she wanted, not what I paid for. I hated my hair so much that I had to go to another salon and pay again just to have it fixed. Christelle is amazing! Years ago, I began going to her for my regular braids, and now she also does my child’s hair for school every two weeks. I truly appreciate the consistent care and quality she puts into her work. She always checks in at the beginning by asking, ‘Do you like it?’ to make sure we’re happy with the style and service. Her professionalism and attention to detail stand out every time. I would highly recommend Christelle to anyone — you will not be disappointed.
