I truly love going here. They share awesome devotionals before every class and say inspiring prayers. The workouts are hard but they help you learn modifications if you need them. They are so loving and everyone is so kind and supportive it's the friendships and inclusive environment that keeps me going there.
Love this place! Clean restrooms, great people and quality equipment.
