Don't even think about requesting your medical records. You'll never receive them.
I'm shocked at the negative reviews! I realize everyone has different experiences, but I got service at the mendanhall location when I got laid off years ago( and lost my insurance) after my recent retirement I received dental car there,yes there is a long wait, because the need is much greater, the staff was great,so was the service! $25 for dental co- pay would have cost much more in a private setting! CCHS IS TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO PROFESSIONALISM! Getting an appointment is nearly impossible as well. When they send e prescription to your choice pharmacy the prescription is never there when informed it was. Also I was billed a 25$ payment when I usually pay the day of visit. When I went online to make payment the account number wasn’t correct. I reached out to 1800 number on the bill and a supervisor claimed she would contact me with correct information so I can make payment. That was two months ago. I never received th... read more
I tried to make appointment, I stayed on the phone for over a hour. Someone will pick up then hang up the phone. The number they give to text for appointments is useless, never get a response. Christ Community need to be looked into seriously, never have appointments until a month away.
