CCHS IS TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO PROFESSIONALISM! Getting an appointment is nearly impossible as well. When they send e prescription to your choice pharmacy the prescription is never there when informed it was. Also I was billed a 25$ payment when I usually pay the day of visit. When I went online to make payment the account number wasn’t correct. I reached out to 1800 number on the bill and a supervisor claimed she would contact me with correct information so I can make payment. That was two months ago. I never received th... read more
I tried to make appointment, I stayed on the phone for over a hour. Someone will pick up then hang up the phone. The number they give to text for appointments is useless, never get a response. Christ Community need to be looked into seriously, never have appointments until a month away.
On 5/17/24 I took a friend that suffering from deep depression to CCHS on 3rd street she was talking about commenting suicide. They had us wanting for 5 hours she went to the nurse station 3 times all they kept saying was someone will be out soon . Damn 5 hours wait and I finally said the hell with it and we left by the grace of GOD she didn't kill herself. The location on Mendenhall will give u a day to call for an appointment. It will usually be 30 days later. Then When u call . No one will answer the phone. The computer will then ask you for some comp # . U don't know of a comp. Number then it hangs up on you. You call back 3 times or more . You get no where. I am starting to wonder how Christian this place is? It's prob all about the govt money they get. They never answer the phone. I really wonder how many have the knowledge on how to do their job.
