I tried yesterday to find out about my daughters appointment time and was placed on hold twice and no one came back to the phone. Luckily I had the time written down. The appointment was at 1pm. After checking in we sat down and I decided to call again while sitting there to see if anyone would answer. There were several people at the front counter and only one look like answering the phone the others huddled together in conversation.
