I went here a few months ago to get a bridesmaid dress. When the dress finally arrived in the store, I moved to another state. I could not make it to the store to pick up the dress so instead I asked them about shipping it. For only $10 they would ship the dress to me, which was a fantastic solution to my problem. We have had the absolute worst experience with this store, from the owner to the employees. We ordered a flower girl dress in April. In July it came in, but the wrong dress was ordered. They ordered the correct one and a few weeks later it came in - right dress. Wrong size. They made a few phone calls to see if they could find it in the right size, but nobody had it and so we were told we could take the smaller dress or get a refund. I have used Chrissy O's twice now. Once back in 2008 for my bridesmaid dresses for my wedding and am currently using them to order the maid of honor dress I'll be wearing this August. Although the store isn't the most beautiful they have a great selection of dresses and a helpful, friendly staff. I'd make an appointment if you are going in to try dresses on because there are not many fitting rooms.
