Replaced our water heater and a complete repipe of our home. Very satisfying experience because from start to completion ( 6am until 3 pm) the installation team was courteous, friendly, considerate and completely professional. We have had several contractors work in our home over the past 15 years and Chris Plumbing set a new high standard we wish all contractors met. Repiping was not something we looked forward to, however we experienced the best possible outcome.
Todd came out really quick after hours only had to wait 30 minutes and he was done in 10. I tried to do it myself trusted somebody at Lowe’s that didn’t know what they were talking about . Thankfully they answered the phone and solved my problem now I have water. Todd was super professional and made great suggestions if I ever ran into it again I will use them for now on fair prices even at after hours
We had a new pump for our lift station installed today. From our first phone call to the completion of the job I have nothing but excellent things to say about Chris's plumbing. Our phone call was answered immediately and we didn't have to leave a message hoping that someone would call back. The girl who answered the phone was warm and professional and answered our questions well--even the questions we didn't know to ask-- and our job was scheduled quickly. Carlos installed a whole house water filtration system the work was very complicated with 5 different filters and a UV light system in 3 words CARLOS WAS FANTASTIC extremely professional courteous and after finishing the work the cleanup was top notch I you do have any plumbing work to be done from a simple faucet to replace or a very elaborate water filtration system make sure to call Carlos You won’t regretted 5 big stars
