Poor customer service and questionable mechanic. My main issues with this mechanic are in the service, although I was not happy with the job performed either. 1) The mechanic omitted telling me about an issue with my car when I picked it up. I had dropped it off to get the wheels balanced and they broke off 3 wheel studs which they never mentioned to me when I picked up the car.
