I bought a $20 Cash King today. I scratched it from top to bottom and found that the 'reward redemption area' at the bottom was revealed. I found that it was not my scratch. I scanned it with Mass lottery and found that it had been redeemed by someone else. The bonus was $30. I showed it to the store clerk, but she only allowed me to exchange it and not refund the cash.
