Gave a slot of time and arrived during that time. Was very friendly, talked with our 5yr great grandson explaining what he was doing, did his job and was gone.

Clipped the liquid line on my heat pump with my hedge trimmer. All the refrigerant escape. Chrismon was out in less than an hour. Repair completed in less than two hours.

We had a control board burn out from the storms. When we called Chrismon they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. They had the part overnighted and they offered us a portable A/C unit. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that the wrong part was shipped the first time (don't know where the fault lies and it doesn't really matter). Chrismon's responsiveness was excellent. We had to wait another couple of days. Without hesitation, I would definitely call Chrismon if we have another problem.
