Lady told my friend she was too fat for the dress she had on while she was trying to zip it up. don’t recommend, very rude and unwelcoming.
Staff was very rude, making an unwelcome and unkind environment. Staff made rude comments and remarks. Will never be coming back a way better alternative is Anne’s bridal, Chrislyns bridal acted like we did not belong there, even with an appointment. Very disappointing especially that it has such a good rating online.

Very disappointed. When we were an hour away I called to see if an appointment was needed the girl says yes I could book online. I asked if they were busy she says yes. So I got online booked and got there before appointment time. Pulled up to an empty parking lot and not 1 other customer in the building. (Not busy at all) we had to look for our own dresses, not shown any styles that she wanted, the girl who helped us was not friendly and seemed to not enjoy her job, didn’t help in dressing room and I was having to leave out... read more
