I was very concerned/nervous about providing care for my mom and Kathy from CAC walked me through the process with both kindness and professionalism. The aide provided was wonderful and offered suggestions based on her years of experience, which was greatly and warmly received. I highly recommend CAC for such services, again I feel blessed.
Our family is grateful for the care our mother received through Chrisel's agency staff. There was never a break/absence in care, which is remarkable. My mom developed a genuine bond with her aide. The aide's consistent, kind, professional care helped my mom transition from Suffield House to home and now to assisted living. Kathy, the office manager, not only met our needs, she exceeded our expectations in all areas.
Excellent staff and response time. Kathy was beyond helpful and professional and Roxanne was incredible in helping my sister.
This year we had an aid from Chrisel's help us during the last few weeks of my dad's life. She was excellent in every way and when she couldn't be with us for a day or two, the substitute aids were also superb. All were extremely caring, professional, did everything they could to make my dad comfortable, and went above and beyond to help my mom and our family through this difficult time. I would absolutely use Chrisel's if our family needs someone again.
