I am so disappointed and bummed to be writing this review but wanted to share my experience. Chriselda takes beautiful photos. There is no denying that. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get ahold of her. She prefers to communicate via email, but many of my emails to her have gone unanswered or are only answered after a month+ and a follow-up email or two. Avoid Chriselda Photography. We paid $350 for a family photoshoot. The first scheduled session was canceled due to COVID and a new date was set. Chriselda texted us that day to note that it was going to be cold and asked if we wanted to reschedule. We could not agree on a date/time that could work for everyone and allow us to get the photos back in time for Christmas cards. Incredibly disappointed!!! Chriselda agreed to refund $350 because we could not find an agreed upon time to reschedule a large family session. Initially, she argued about the refund, even though she assured me we would get a refund if we couldn't find a date. After several email exchanges, she agreed to a full refund. Now, weeks later, I have no refund. She kept the $350 with no work done and no pictures taken. She is dishonest and refuses to respond to any communications asking about the $350. Chriselda is not a professional photographer she promised our pictures within 2 weeks it took her over a month to deliver them to us. My wife also won one of her giveaways and up until this date she has not recieved the promised items. She will ghost you and not respond to messages even though it’s clearly she’s active on social media. Overall would not recommend her as she is very unreliable and seems like she works off of a favoritism system.
