Paid my agreed upon fee and then was hit with extravagant charges after the event took place. There was a slew of misinformation given to me. I would not recommend this business whatsoever.
Unfortunately my wife fell for this scam last week, and again today, while attempting to book a limo for my birthday next weekend. On both occasions she emailed our credit card number to them for a “test hold” similar to a hotel asking for a CC upon checkin for incidentals. I had to cancel my card last week as we had several fraudulent charges from websites that send money to prisoners, inmatesales . Scam! Not a real company
Owner says "sorry we don't give refunds we can give you another ride. He does't even own any limos to give you another ride in. What a low life to leave 40 people stranded in the rain when they came out of the funeral. How pitiful of a person are you that all you could respond to was "sorry my drivers didn't show up" How can you be so heartless?
