Do not buy your insurance from this guy. I paid out the behind for coverage because he had good people in his office. Then, when I had a wreck, he paid for my car and SAID ALL MY MEDICAL BILLS WERE PAID, BUT THEY WERE NOT. They denied paying ANY of my medical and only paid out for the car. I jumped through hoops getting them all the medical bills as THEY requested before settling as well. I wonder if you can sue your insurance agent. 🤔You'll regret your decision so don't do it. Kim Jimenez is amazing. She answered all my questions in a very fast manner and went above and beyond to help us with our insurance.
DO NOT go with this insurance, this is an honest post. I was with them literally 1 month & unfortunately with in the month I had 2 mishaps one in which my Dog was involved in and Instead of getting the help I paid for, not one of the 2 did they help. The people they hire for roadside are really ugly, one of them told me they would get to me when they get to me, and the other had the audacity to cuss at me for them having wrong info and being at a wrong location.
