Communication is not good fees were not discussed ..Bill. not itemized ...installed new water ..got bill two months 'later for over $2000 they were to check leak? I can not fault their work but 40 gallon waterheater with no explanation of costs...sad senior citizens are targets for greed...would not recommend this company
Chris and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They quickly responded to an issue that arose after a roof replacement and ultimately replaced my father’s gas water heater. They took time to diagnose the problem thoroughly and made sure safety was a top priority while we waited for the replacement. I especially appreciated how they coordinated directly with our roofer to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism, care, and quality workmanship truly stood out.
Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called Chris Woolley Plumbing. Chris called right back and he scheduled someone to come out the next day and repair. I had Chris do plumbing work at our place before and every time the job was done right with very professional service. Thank you!!

Asked to look at a Y joint exterior to any toilet or tubing and said we don’t service that and hung up.. VERY PROFESSIONAL HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS, great job y’all hope y’all continue to crush business…
