Chris and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They quickly responded to an issue that arose after a roof replacement and ultimately replaced my father’s gas water heater. They took time to diagnose the problem thoroughly and made sure safety was a top priority while we waited for the replacement. I especially appreciated how they coordinated directly with our roofer to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their professionalism, care, and quality workmanship truly stood out.
Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called Chris Woolley Plumbing. Chris called right back and he scheduled someone to come out the next day and repair. I had Chris do plumbing work at our place before and every time the job was done right with very professional service. Thank you!!

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Very low communication prior to the job. Once I asked for an work order and details about equipment being installed he became very rude. He told me I didn't know what I was talking about a fed me misinformation like I'm just a dumb women who doesn't know any better. Refused to call me to discuss why the price was a little high for equipment being installed and fired me for asking questions. I contacted Wrightsville Beach Plumbing who were extremely pleasant and came in $400 less expensive
