Chris helped us find the perfect home. He suggested we get a sewer inspection on the property we were buying because of the age of the home. We were so grateful for the suggestion because the inspection showed that a new sewer line was needed which would have cost $10,000 but was paid for by the sellers. He helped make sure the purchasing process happened quickly and seamlessly even during the height of Covd-19 shutdowns in Spokane.
