Chris is an outstanding realtor. He has a keen awareness of what the market is doing and offers many alternatives on making reasonable offers to sellers. He does have good intuition on making offers. In our case we were able to make a full price offer that was accepted in a market where most offers are above the asking price. The seller accepted. That’s what you want in a realtor. He also is very patient and not afraid to spend time with his clients to find the right home at the right price.
