As a fellow Realtor my experience with Chris was wonderful. He was transparent, kind, honest and incredibly organized. While my buyers asked quite a lot from the inspection Chris was able to have conversations with his seller to find a middle ground for both my buyers and his sellers. I'd be happy to do another transaction with Chris!

I'm very happy I worked with Chris on the sale of my first house, as well as purchasing a new one. Despite listing at a less than ideal time, we were under contract within a week, for the asking price. Chris is also very efficient and a great communicator.
