10 Plus - My son broke down, shaving a tire with a rear fender coming off of my trailer which he was pulling. Being that I was hours away and hearing the story about this taking place on Rt. 80 was very upsetting. Chip put me at ease, saying they would go out and get my son and the trailer if necessary. These guys were SUPER! Got new tires, fixed the fender and my son was on his way, arrive home safely.
